Telephone Banking

The first time you log into telephone banking you will be asked for an Alternate ID. Your Alternate ID is your birthdate, plus the last four digits of your social security number. For example, if you have a birthdate of April 7,1983 and the last four digits of your Social Security number are 1234, your alternate ID would be 040719831234.
You will then be asked for a PIN. The first time you log in, your PIN will be the last four digits of your social security number. For example, if your Social Security number is 123-45-6789, your PIN would be 6789.
