Farmers & Merchants Bank Kasasa Kick for Cash Contest Official Rules
2017 Miamisburg, OH High School Home Regular Season Varsity Football Games

1. F&M Bank (Farmers & Merchants Bank) will conduct the contest on the date(s) listed above for a chance to win the following prizes: a)$1,000.00 Cash to kicker and b)$1,000 Cash to Miamisburg High School Athletic Department
2. All individuals in attendance (age 13 and over) for each home game will be in the drawing for that game only. Contestants may only participate once each season. 1 finalist will be randomly selected on each contest date for the chance to kick for cash. If any selected finalist is not present at the time of the contest or does not report within five minutes, they will be eliminated from the contest, and will not be eligible to participate for the chance to win.
3. The 1 finalist per event date will have the chance to win the prize by attempting to kick a football through a set of goal posts as specified by the contest administrator. Each contestant must kick the regulation football (supplied by Miamisburg High School) from the 25 yard line between the hash marks of the field. IMPORTANT: The football must go through the goal posts on the fly, without bouncing or coming in contact with any item (except the inside of the goal posts). The football must go through the goal posts in order to be considered a winning kick. Contestants must kick from the ground using a tee provided by Miamisburg High School and placing the ball themselves. Contestants are not allowed any warm-up or practice kicks, and each contestant will have 1 attempt regardless of the outcome. Contestants will have one minute to place the ball and attempt the kick. If finalist successfully kicks the football through the goal posts as instructed by the contest supervisor, that finalist will win the prize, subject to verification. If contestant does not make the field goal kick successfully, no prize will be awarded that game.
4. The contest is open to persons 13 years of age and older. Current or former football or soccer players from the past 3 years are ineligible to participate.
5. As winner of the prize, you will be required to sign a release form before going out onto the field and before your prize will be awarded. You will be responsible for all applicable taxes including state, local, and federal and therefore must present a valid Social Security Card before claiming your prize.
6. As a prize winner, you acknowledge that F&M Bank and Miamisburg High School have the right to, without further authorization, publicize your name, character likeness, photograph, and the fact that you are a prize winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
7. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the contest. Void where prohibited. If the home football game is cancelled or postponed for weather or any reason, the contestant may be canceled for that game.
8. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contest and prizes awarded are non-transferable.
9. The decision of F&M Bank management in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of the judges and the official rules.
10. If the winner is found in violation of these rules he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize.
11. F&M Bank and Miamisburg High School, their representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any injuries or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of this prize.
